Dear friends, the zagara honey we usually collect is ready for consumptions as display. However every season tasta and concistency varies according to blossoning. This year I am sad to report the zagara blossom has been affected by climate changes. As a consequence, although it is tasty honey from happy bees resting at our premises, the colour is dark as there has been a higher percentage of contaminationg from other spring blossoms. At current stage I have still to decide if discontinuing the honey online sell for one year, pending normalization of climate.
Guests at our premises will not be affected and will still be welcomed with season honey at their breakfast. The possible disruption in online sale is due to labelling restriction and not to quality and nutritions. Our bees are happy,  thanks for yoyr concern anyway 🙂
